When you visit this website, I may collect certain technical data automatically, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time of access, via analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Coaching notes and assessment records are retained for a maximum of 5 years following the conclusion of our engagement, after which they are securely deleted. Financial records are retained for 5 years in compliance with applicable tax and accounting obligations.

These measures include: (a) password-protected storage of session notes and client records; (b) use of encrypted communication tools where practicable; and (c) restricted access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.
