The Journey from Knowing to Doing
(Especially When Everything Feels Foreign)
Hi, I’m Yulia 👋
If you're here, you probably have a shelf full of self-development books, you've tried multiple productivity systems, and you know what you should be doing... but somehow you're still stuck in the same patterns. And if you're living abroad like me? Everything feels ten times harder.
I get it. I was you.
A few years ago, while running an international fashion brand I felt completely lost. I had all the "right" knowledge about goal-setting and productivity, but I was drowning in overwhelm, second-guessing every decision, and feeling like I was living someone else's version of success - especially during transitions between countries and life phases.
That's when I discovered something important: the problem wasn't my lack of knowledge, willpower or self-discipline. It was that I didn't understand how my brain and nervous system actually work, particularly when dealing with constant change and adaptation.
After 20+ years living internationally (from Russia to China to Italy and back to China), I've learned that creating meaningful and lasting change isn't just about having the right strategy - it's about understanding your internal operating system (a.k.a. your brain and nervous system) and learning to regulate and balance it in order to support consistent action toward your goals and dreams, especially when your environment keeps shifting.
Living abroad adds layers of complexity to personal growth. You're not just trying to build new habits - you're doing it while adapting to new cultures, forming new social circles, and often redefining your identity.
Now, as a Certified Neurointegration Trainer and Coach, I help women like you bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it - whether you're navigating life changes in your home country or building your dream life abroad.
Hidden Struggles of Living Your International Dream
(Does This Sound Familiar ?)
You’re smart, capable, and resourceful — but starting over in a new country makes everything harder.
And instead of thriving, you find yourself stuck in patterns that don’t match the life you want.
You’ve read the books, tried the planners, and joined productivity challenges — but nothing sticks.
You moved abroad for a better life, yet you still feel lost, lonely, or like you can’t get it together.
You know what you should be doing (exercise, healthy routines, self-care), but you can’t seem to follow through.
You feel exhausted by decision-making, overwhelmed by constant change, and frustrated with yourself for not “doing better.”
You wonder why, after being brave enough to move countries, you still feel like you’re falling behind.
If any of this feels like you — you’re not broken, lazy, or unmotivated.
Your brain just isn’t wired (yet) for the transitions you’re navigating.
Here’s Why Nothing Has Worked
Until Now
Most productivity systems fail because they expect you to rely on willpower and discipline, and manage your time.
But when you’re navigating a new country, new routines, and constant transitions, your brain needs something different.
That’s where the Neurointegration Framework comes in — a brain-friendly methodology developed by the Neurointegration Institute and grounded in modern neuroscience, neuropsychology and coaching. As a Certified Neurointegration Trainer & Coach, I use this approach to help clients bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.

-
No special preparation is required. The Discovery Call is simply a chance for us to connect and explore what’s going on for you right now.
If you’d like, you can jot down a few things in advance — such as what feels most challenging, what habits or routines you’d love to change, or how you’d like to feel in your new environment.
For example:
“I want to finally create a daily routine that works in this new country.”
“I want to stop feeling so anxious about everyday tasks, like speaking the local language or navigating new systems.”
“I want to feel less isolated and have more energy to connect with people and build a life here.”
That’s more than enough. My role is to help you turn those goals into brain-friendly steps that actually work for your unique lifestyle abroad.

I use a method called Neurointegration, which is grounded in modern research from neurobiology and neuropsychology.
Instead of relying on willpower or rigid systems, Neurointegration helps you create change by working with your brain in three key areas:
State (Feeling): Learning self-regulation so you can reduce stress, prevent burnout, and stay grounded in new situations.
Thinking: Rewiring unhelpful thought patterns and building the self-awareness that makes you more resilient and adaptable.
Action: Developing routines and systems that support your unique lifestyle, so you can follow through consistently without overwhelm.
This approach bridges the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it, giving you both immediate tools for change and long-term skills to thrive in tomorrow’s world.
-
Neither was I! We will start exactly where you are and move at a pace that feels supportive, not overwhelming. Small, brain-friendly changes compound into big transformations.
-
That’s exactly why we use brain-friendly planning! We start with small, sustainable changes that compound over time. Most clients find they actually have more time and energy within the first few weeks.
-
Not at all! While I understand the Asia expat experience deeply, I work with international women globally. The neurological challenges of cultural adaptation are universal, whether you’re in Shanghai, Milan or Sydney.
-
Confidentiality is a fundamental part of our work together. Everything you share with me stays private.
When we begin, we sign an agreement that includes a clear non-disclosure clause. This ensures that your personal experiences, challenges, and goals are treated with the highest level of respect and discretion.
My role is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can be completely open — something that can feel rare when you’re living abroad and don’t always have people around who truly understand. Because only in that kind of space can real change begin.
