NEUROSPRINT Planning
The NeuroSprint is a 5-week reset designed to turn “knowing” what to do into actually “doing” it. Using insights from neuroscience and the Neurointegration method, we create a plan tailored to your real life — and then walk through it together step by step.
Instead of forcing yourself into rigid systems, you’ll build supportive routines, strengthen self-regulation, and learn how to work with your brain (not against it) —
so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and ease.
Interpretation of the tests results

The Process: How We Work Together.
-
1. Neuro-Assessment Session (60 minutes)
We uncover where you feel stuck, the habits you want to build, and the hidden patterns that holding you back. Includes specialized assessments to give us a clear baseline.

-
2. Strategy Session (90 minutes)
Together we design a brain-friendly roadmap using the NeuroSprints method. You’ll leave with sustainable routines that fit your real life, not someone else’s “perfect plan.”
-
3. Work-in-Progress Sessions (45 minutes)
This is where the magic happens: real-time coaching, tackling limiting beliefs, adjusting routines, and building momentum. You’ll also have daily chat support between calls.

-
4. Deep Reflection Session (90 minutes)
We celebrate your progress, lock in the systems you’ve built, and equip you with tools to thrive long after our time together — no matter what changes life brings next.
